I also have a recipe of Janssons Frestelse, very tasty at any Smörgåsbord! Of course also eaten at Christmas. It´s a creamy potato and anchovy casserole − is said to have been named for Pelle Janzon, a food-loving Swedish opera singer of the early 20th century.
You usually make it in a big serving pan, but it could be made like this to !
