Skånsk äpplekaka

Do You want to try a swedish dessert? This time a year it´s time for apples, so why not try skånsk äpplekaka, from the most southern parts of  Sweden. A kind of applepie with bread crumbs and vanilla sauce. Yummie!! At the same site you can get the recipe  to prepare a goose. Often eaten as main course at the 10-11 November
