Brunkål and Janssons frestelse

You now can find the recipes Brunkål, Brown cabbage a sour sweet cabbage use with the pork meat  at the  Christmas table.

I also have a recipe of Janssons Frestelse, very tasty at any Smörgåsbord! Of course also eaten at Christmas. It´s a creamy potato and anchovy casserole − is said to have been named for Pelle Janzon, a food-loving Swedish opera singer of the early 20th century.
